Three File for Seats On City Council

Marsy Marin Files For School Board

Marsela Marin filed for a place on the ballot for the May election of the Hart School Board. Two seats are up for election, those formerly held by Vickie Chavez and Raul Gonzalez. Both had resigned.

It is anticipated that no election will be held and Marin will be sworn in. The Board has been meeting with five members.

Castillo, Etheridge File For City Council

Eliazar Castillo, Hart mayor, has filed for a place on the ballot for the May election. Vickie Etheridge also filed. Both are incumbents.

George Chapa II did not seek re-election.
