May 10
Andy Aguilar, 43, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Assault/causes Bodily Injury.
May 13
Eric Scott Davis, 24, of Dimmitt was booked into jail to begin serving his jail sentence on the original charges of Theft and Possession of Marijuana.
Tina Rae Flanery, 43, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police for Possession of Marijuana, under 2 ounces, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
May 14
Raquel Barrios, 24, of Dimmitt was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Assault/causes Bodily Injury/Family Member.
Luis Enrique Hernandez, 24, of Hart was arrested by the Dimmitt Police on a Castro County warrant for Assault/causes Bodily Injury.

At 2:39 p.m., 600 blk NW 8th, Dimmitt, assist Dimmitt Police & Castro County EMS with medical call;
At 7:40 p.m., 800 blk Ave C, Hart, harassment reported;
At 8:00 p.m., 1400 blk CR 514, reports of animal being shot.

At 2:50 p.m., 300 blk E. Halsell, Dimmitt, phone scam reported;
At 3:25 p.m., 1600 blk U.S. 385, reckless driver reported.

Judgments for May 11, 2016:
Matthew Cory Chavez, 19, of Olton pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. His plea of guilt was set aside and he was placed on one (1) year of Deferred Adjudication Probation, $500 fine, $173 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to Helping Hands.
David Gil Jr., 26, of Dimmitt pled guilty to the original charge of Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail probated for one (1) year, $500 fine, $317 court costs, $50 Crime Line Fee and a $100 Food Donation to Helping Hands.
